Rt.Hon Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Member of Parliament Ruhinda North County, Mitooma Thomas Tayebwa has officially broken ground for the construction of the Ncwera bridge in Mitooma District.

The 25M modern steel composite bridge will be constructed by M/s Armpass Technical Services Limited to restore safe, reliable access to social amenities and transform daily life for the community in and around Mitooma.
