Deputy Inspector General of Uganda Police James Ocaya has urged officers to celebrate responsibly and remain vigilant during the festive season.
DIGP Ocaya made the appeal while handing over Christmas hampers to officers at Police Headquarters, Naguru.
Ocaya reminded officers that maintaining law and order remains paramount despite the holiday celebrations.
The hampers, including cows and assorted foodstuffs, are being distributed to police barracks within the Kampala Metropolitan Area as part of the Force’s Christmas welfare support.
