Russia’s Ambassador to Uganda H.E Vladlen Semivolos today afternoon paid a courtesy visit to the NRM Secretary General, Rt. Hon. Richard Todwong at the party Secretariat at plot 10, Kyadondo Road, Nakasero.
The two principals discussed areas of mutuals interest and depeening cooperation between Uganda and Russia.
SG Todwong Richard was accompanied by the party’s Director of External Relations, Maj. (Rtd) Awich Pollar.
