Board and Management of Uganda Tourism Board visited Uganda Hotel and Tourism Training Institute (UHTTI) in Jinja to assess training standards, explore partnerships, and support tourism workforce development.
Principal Mr. Richard Kawere led the team on a tour of the upgraded facilities and presented UHTTI’s strategic goals. UTB commended the institute’s progress and pledged continued support, including efforts to connect graduates to job opportunities.
The team also visited the Source of the Nile to monitor ongoing tourism development works.
